Individual Therapy:

Common issues in individual therapy include: depression, anxiety, work stress, bereavement, dealing with past traumatic events, separation, substance use, health concerns or self-esteem issues. 

In individual therapy, I work collaboratively with people to help them recognize, understand and change patterns that make them feel stuck, confused and unable to move forward.
